Lighting Control

Lighting Control is a relatively new way to control and set the lighting in your home. Instead of a single switch that is either on or off you now have the option to turn on, off or dim a single light or an entire group of lights that you choose. Imagine hearing a noise in your house at night and having to get up turn on a switch and go check on what you heard. Now imaging the same scenerio, only this time when you hear the noise you reach over to the wall switch and it turns on all of the lights in the entire house, including outside if you wanted. The same could apply when coming home for the evening, instead of pulling into a dark house, the garage door could turn on a few lights from the garge to the master bedroom. You could set up preset "scenes" in your living for watching TV or reading. If you had to go outside to walk the dog, you could turn on all the outdoor lights in a predetermined area. Imagine again you have gone to bed for the evening and wonder if you left any of the lights on..... Now with the press of a single buttoon you could be sure everything is off as you turn in for for the evening.
